An Introduction to Ryu

With 19 years of existence, Ryu has been on many reckless soul- searching journeys and deliberately questionable adventures, as well as attempted relentless mistakes and highly regrettable experiences. Born in the late 90s, Ryu is the youngest in her family. Her family core values includes punctuality, efficiency and indulging in steamboat on sunday evenings.

She is currently a 19 year old college student who is broke and claims that she is tired all the time. She enjoys doing her work fast-paced and is persistent in her own ideals. Ryu lives with her family in the suburban town of Subang Jaya. Her favourite bands are Coldplay, My Chemical Romance, Kodaline and Imagine dragons. Ryu is a buddhist and a strong believer that ice cream, chocolate milk and mcdonald’s fries can solve anything, and possibly everything.

Ryu came from an all-chinese primary school, and attended a public secondary school in her teens. She finds theatrical arts and poetry hauntingly addictive and beautiful, and one day hope that she could make her own films. Ryu has also been a volleyball player, a volunteer and a class monitor.

It would be an understatement to say that Ryu loves her friends and family. Being her greatest support system, Ryu has been greatly fond of those who are close to her. Her blogmates of The Write Things, are perceived as her most talented and insanely lovable ? friends.
